2014-2015 INTERNSHIPS | AWARENESS AUDIOBOOKS WELCOMES NEW FINANCE INTERN |
JUNE IS AUDIOBOOK MONTH

 2014-2015 INTERNSHIPS
September 1, 2014 READING, PA – Following the success of Finance Intern Will Corsino, AWARENESS AUDIOBOOKS TM Founder and CEO Lee Clifford today announced that his office is seeking full or part-time interns to help staff in the company's Reading, PA offices during the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 semesters.
Corsino was responsible for calculating weighted selling averages, auditing the books, and breaking down financials into categorized detail. Originally from Lackawanna County, Corsino currently resides in Chester County, where he is a third-year student at West Chester University. Corsino majors in Finance; his minor field of study is Nutrition.

“Working in the AWARENESS AUDIOBOOKS offices allows interns to experience what they’ve learned in school, acquiring firsthand knowledge of the production, media and marketing processes. It’s a great opportunity to do rewarding work on behalf of those affected, either directly or indirectly, by addictions,” Clifford said.

The AWARENESS AUDIOBOOKS intern program emphasizes both practical and educational aspects of working on the business of audio production from the first-hand perspective. Interns participate in the daily operation of the business office.

“Every economic community needs to prepare for and establish the next generation of vision-minded contributors. At Awareness Audiobooks we take pride and enjoy finding talented interns and exposing them to a real world business environment. We view an intern’s education and ambition as an invaluable asset to our mission. Internships at Awareness Audiobooks are priority positions in which we invest a great deal of time and energy. After an internship ends, Awareness Audiobooks stays in touch through mentoring relationships. Awareness Audiobooks wants to instill in our interns a desire to be a part of their economic community,” Clifford stated.

Interns will be able to receive academic credit for their work if they so choose depending on their college’s requirements for such credit. Students are required to receive academic credit if they accept an internship in one of the state offices. Priority is given to students who have completed at least their sophomore year of college. The positions are unpaid.

Interested applicants should direct questions to Lee Clifford at 610-509-3872.
